The Equal Opportunity for life act.

Summary

This bill will amend current penal law to include “homicide by abortion” in statutes surrounding negligent homicide, manslaughter and first and second degree murder. An offense under this section applies to an unborn child in the womb at any stage of the unborn child’s development.
