The Amicus Brief: How could the ruling been better.

Although the federal government agreed with our Amicus Brief we submited. Ultimately putting an end to ROE v. WADE their ruling wasn't exactly what we hoped it would be.

How could the ruling have been better?

  • The Supreme Court was not able to go far enough in overturning Roe v. Wade, as they had the authority to require states to provide equal protection of the laws to fetuses.
  • Pilate had the authority to release Jesus but turned it over to the mob.
  • God is the one who decrees the end from the beginning, and if He can get Roe v. Wade out of the way, we should be thankful.
  • Abortion is not banned in any state, and abortion doctors are closing up shop in states that have pre-Roe laws or trigger bans.
  • Abortion is still legal in most states up until the moment of birth.
  • Arizona has two laws criminalizing the abortion doctor and the mother who brings the baby to the abortion doctor.
  • 98% of all abortions are at will, and it is always the mother’s feet carrying the baby to the abortion mill.
  • People should be reminding the government that there is an authority above them.
  • We should be celebrating the overturning of Roe v. Wade, even though there is still much work to be done.
  • Abolishing abortion means that all abortions are illegal, which is not the case in any state.
